Do we need a developer to change layouts?

No. On Store Professional or Portal Professional, merchandisers edit the header, footer, product listing, product page, and cart in the layout builder.

How do redirects help a SuiteCommerce migration?

The migration map sends old SuiteCommerce URLs to their new pages, so links and rankings carry over after launch.

Can one Admin run several sites?

Yes. Login impersonation lets admins sign in as a customer. It is an Admin capability, not a license SKU.
