This policy explains what personal data AwaLabs collects on awacommerce.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. AwaLabs is the company behind AwaCommerce Next.
Data we collect
When you request a quote
The quote form asks for your name, work email, company and optional notes, together with the license and packs you selected. We use this only to reply to your request and prepare a proposal.
When you chat with Nexi
Nexi, our AI assistant, sends your messages to Google Gemini to generate answers. We do not store chat conversations on our servers. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
When you browse the site
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and when a quote request is sent. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data like your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you visit. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Our hosting provider receives your IP address with every request. We also use it briefly to limit how many chat messages one visitor can send per minute.
Cookies and local storage
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics, described above.
- Preferences stored in your browser, such as light or dark theme and which header photo you last saw. These never leave your device.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep data
Quote requests stay in our email and sales records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete them. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Analytics account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@awalabs.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or our providers change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
