B2B buyers expect to see their price, not the list price. If the portal shows the wrong number, they call your team or stop using the portal. AwaCommerce Next shows each signed-in buyer the price you already set for them in NetSuite.
Pricing that comes from NetSuite
With Advanced B2B or Advanced B2C, AwaCommerce Next syncs your NetSuite pricing and applies it per customer:
- Price levels assigned to the customer record
- Customer-specific (contract) prices for individual items
- Quantity pricing tiers, shown as a tier table on the product page and applied in the cart
- Currencies for sites mapped to OneWorld subsidiaries
Nothing is re-entered in the storefront. When you change a price in NetSuite, the portal follows.
Checkout re-validates every price
The price a shopper sees is never trusted blindly. At checkout, prices are validated again against NetSuite, together with inventory, tax, and shipping, before the sales order is created. The order your team receives matches the order the buyer placed.
